He is extremely knowledgeable and is always on top of all of my car issues. He coordinates repairs to my 1999 528i with my Geico disabled vehicle insurance policy seemlessly so all I have to do is approve the repair and pick it up and he works hard to make sure I have the least amount of deductible(s) for the repair. I can't say enough about Matt and his work ethic except that he is the major reason I return to Rallye and will stay with Rallye. I also have to say that your service department is excellent, from parts, the people at the desk, the guys who take in the cars, and the mechanics are all so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I bought my first car, a 1970 Porsche 911T Targa, from Rallye Motors when it was located in Glen Cove and sold that marque, and I've been a loyal Rallye customer for 40 years. I cannot remember exactly how many cars I've bought from Rallye over the years, but it must be between 15 and 20. The day I picked up my M5 after its most recent appointment, I moved 75 miles away from Rallye and so it may never be practical for me to buy another Rallye vehicle. That thought fills me with regret because I know I will never find another car dealership that is the equal of Rallye Motors. Thank you for four decades of excellent and personalized service!
