I purchased cars here twice. Exceptional service from salesman Cedric and Vickie from finance. The car had a recall. They wanted to drop off a loner at my house and bring the car back when it was done. I declined because I really didnt feel it was necessary to put them out. Anthony Shields from service was wonderful to work with keeping me updated on what was going on and when the car would be ready.

This a well run dealership with knowledgeable staff. Angelo my salesperson is a straight shooter and there were no surprises.
Experience giving the car was good and so was receiving it. The servicing team did a bad job in servicing the car. Some of issues were not fixed and the car now feels and sounds worse than when I gave it in for servicing.

I have not had any experience with the dealership, only the service department. The only room for improvement is on the drop off. I was waiting about 10 minutes before a service advisor came to help me because someone who came after me was helped. Just seemed a bit chaotic because it was so busy at 845am

Not thorough on first visit with tech issues. Was made to feel like it was me doing something or not doing something. Phone calls were not returned as promised in timely fashion, key battery was not changed on initial visit as requested, 'genius' was not able to work me through the issues and never calls as promised. Eventually I used AI to help flame diagnose and reboot and correct the issues. Frank was nice but i felt he was very condescending towards me and very defensive

Andy was very patient, he listened to our concerns and got his boss to address every concern. The dealership was clean and everyone was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. They made sure we agreed and were comfortable with our payment, they were not forceful and respectful of our decision.
