Came in because I saw oil in my driveway and was worried my vehicle would be damaged if I drove it in that condition. Brought it in to Rallye for some diagnostics and an oil change and found my transmission oil pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. Also needed a right front axel seal, as well as other necessary components. My bill became so high I opted to to pay for the most critical components now and handle the rest at a later date. I explained this to Carol, my service advisor and she was able to cut the bill in half and prioritize the most critical fixes that needed to be done now.

I arrived at Rally BMW for emergency service during a snowstorm, David O'Neill greeted me like I was a longtime customer. He reassured me and explained the service procedure. He showed me around the facility and the comfortable waiting areas. He gave me his contact information and kept me informed of my car's service progress. Upon completion of the service David notified me and helped me through the checkout process. David made an otherwise difficult day into a minor inconvenience. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. David is a true asset to Rally BMW and I highly recommend working with him. Overall my service experience at Rally BMW was 5 stars.
