My usual service advisor is Dennis and he is always welcoming and great. Service at Rallye is always fantastic and I’m in and out with a loaner fast. I recently extended my maintenance contract due to the great service and peace of mind I get from here. I look forward to using Rallye now and in the future when it’s time for an additional vehicle!

Took my car in for a routine oil change and service. A piece of the interior door panel also needed to be reattached. Staff ordered the part and all was taken care of.

As much as I trust that all the work done on my 2013 BMW X3 was done well, the diagnosis of the problem took four or five visits over two months' time. In that time, a lot of work was done on my car. I am not sure had the diagnosis happened sooner that all of that work was necessary. James Delvecchio seems like an up-and-up guy, but I don't really know him. My car seems to be fine now. I am hoping that "Drivetrain malfunction" notification does not appear again!
