This is the real deal! Facilities are great. The best I've seen. Service is really good. Employees are knowledgable and very professional.
After 4 top of the line Lexus vehicles over 18 years I decided to try another brand. After much deliberation I went with a new 2014 BMW 640 I convertible X drive. I shopped around for a price and found the Rallye dealership in Westbury was the lowest as well as the closest to my home. That was 41/2 years ago and at this time I am still very happy with my choice of cars and very happy with Rallye BMW. Having limited exposure to new car dealers I must compare Rallye with what used to be called Lexus of Massapequa. My 18 years with Lexus was okay at best and trying on the down side. The Lexus vehicles we good cars but there was always something in need of repair at very high prices. My BMW has had a few minor issues and most have been repaired by the dealer at no cost to me. The BMW is a far better vehicle in every way. The little annoying issues I got used to with Lexus do not occur with BMW and any time I do have reason to take my car to Rallye I'm treated like a valued customer. I never felt that at Lexus. I like the Rallye brand so much that when I decided to buy a second car I went straight to Rallye Mercedes Benz and purchased a new 2018 S 560 I am a happy Rallye customer and I want to add the entire staff at Rallye BMW are easy to talk to especially the service tech who has been taking care of my car since day 1, Frank Trotta. They all care and show it.. .
Our experience at Rallye BMW has been amazing. I have purchased/leased six cars all from Rallye. We deal with Darren Thompson, our salesman who is awesome and so helpful. The service staff is great to deal with and very efficient and those little things that matter like, a very comfortable space while we wait, the loaner if we cannot wait - always there...…..Thanks!

Very courteous staff, excellent communication. Very pleased with the service provided. I was kept in loop with the whole service request. I took the car for one recall and manager told me about the second recall which was not even published. The loaner car was a nice too.
Good dealer, I been buying my cars from here for a while. My only issues with the place is the bad coffee machine. Also that they charge for certain items in the waiting area. Thumbs up if you agree.
oil change; valve cover replacement; and unexpected M3 event at Rallye, which Service Director & Advisor claimed responsibility; and further hope Rallye has resolved such matter/contractor!
