I was rushed, I still have the engine light on after the service and in addition to all that I have tire insurance which was never addressed. I felt like the service was not on par this time.

Quick & easy They did a wonderful job the experience was quick and easy and they took into account my availability and when I could return the loaner. Loaner process was very simple and helpful allowed me to continue on my day.
Needs improvement on customer service and warranty repairs I was told defective front brake rotors (grinding front brakes) not covered in the warranty at 15,000 miles (2025 x1). The pads still good but getting damaged due to rotors developed grooves in them, warped.
I have 530 model. I am not happy with response time from the service department. I left 3 messages, earliest is 48 hours old. Not response so far. The least they can do is respond. And service prices are way inflated !

Car was washed when I told the SA no car wash. Car driver seat smelled after service. Not all concerns were fixed or addressed. Problem is still there.
