Hi! I’m Mike Kozlow, the Parts Manager for Rallye BMW! I became a part of the dealership in 1987, but I have a total of 36 years of experience working in the automotive industry. I started as a stock person and worked my way up, learning all aspects of the parts and service departments. I love working for the Rallye organization and with the BMW brand. My customers always come first. Making our guests feel important and handling their concerns with true professionalism is my priority. In my spare time, I like to work on classic cars and restore furniture. Big fan of almost anything that can be done outdoors. Boating and off shore fishing are some of my favorite hobbies. I love to travel. My most recent trips was to Holland with my family, and a fishing trip to the Northern Abacos of the Bahamas. I have been with BMW sine July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I have been in some type of sales my whole life, and I really enjoy meeting people. Many years ago, I was involved in my father’s business, selling Industrial Knitting Machines all over the United States, in addition to Colombia, South America. I once owned a bar in Atlanta, and a furniture store in Ridgefield, CT. My experience in sales is unmatched, and my service is something that customers love.
