The dealership has convenient hours. They can usually provide a loaner but that might push out the scheduled service.
The service department is top notch. The only problem with Rallye is the lease return process. Very unhappy with the last lease return process (my fourth car from them) will probably stop me from getting a new car from them again. They tried to charge me for something over a month after the car was returned. On top of that it was a windshield that would have been covered if the car was still in my name. I refused to pay and they sent it to collections which affected my credit. Unless they fix the issue it’s the last ...

BMW should take firmer position with warranty companies to defend their customers for failure assessment. This should be specific to the exclusions for subjective failure such as rust. To state that a plastic sleeved rear coil spring broke because of rust implies a problem with BMW manufacturing process. How did the rear coil spring rust inside its plastic coating? This was a repair that should have been defended by BMW.

Felt rushed off the phone, remote start concern was not addressed even though I specifically asked before picking the car up and it was no noted on the work order. Problem still exists.

She went above and beyond for me in this deal because I was in the middle of selling an older vehicle and later I realized that I did not have the original title. The dealership is wonderful George Javier is the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with. He takes care of everything and responds to all my emails even on Sunday. Brand new car was rattling like a 10 year old work truck. Took three visits to eliminate about 80% of the rattles. I will not spend anymore time trying to fix what BMW has failed to properly build. Let Rallye and BMW NA figure out who is at fault here. After 8 BMWs time too look elsewhere.
