He took time to explain all of my options and their costs up front so that there were no surprises when I signed my lease. I received a fair price for my trade in and there was no game playing. I came in to look at some x3s. I do not like the new body style for the vehicle so I requested a lightly used retired loaner. My salesperson kept trying to push me to the new car and wasn't listening to what I preferred. The sales manager came to talk to me, Hasan, and didn't have anything of value to add to the process. From day one- we went looking and BMS was the firt stop- never owned one and wanted something "FUN" we looked and then life kisked in- 6 months later we went oout to look---we went to 4 other place and came back to Rallye BMW and found the car we wanted. it impressive and the staff and team were amazing! David Huang was nice but the specialist seemed to have no patience. She even gave me a dirty look when I asked certain questions about the features of the car. I was not happy so I stopped asking questions and tried to figure things out by myself on YouTube.

I have to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue. In my first visit, I scheduled a loaner car just for me to get there with no car waiting for me. Instead I had to go to enterprise. When I was informed my car was ready to be picked up, I was able to see the ambient light situation was not fixed just by looking at. I came in for service recently and everything about this places screams great! free great coffee, they have snacks upstairs, very nice showroom and the service department was very professional, I was greeted by Tom which called a advisor for me, Bret was great through the whole process guiding me with prices and keeping me updated! The loaner process was also extremely quick, they offered me the option for an electric or a gas car, I chose the electric for a first timer! it was a great experience from everyone here at this dealership. I would 100% recommend the service here!

Seems professional, but not true Every time tells me different things. Never fix the real problems, the BREAK problem. Tell me all X7 has same problems while I have insurance. 'No need to change breaks pad or anything, when it's necessary, light or message will go on. Courteous and good updates provided during the servicing of my vehicle. Loaner car was available as requested and my vehicle was returned to me on time. Exchanging the cars was more of a deliberation than expected but still satisfactory in the end.

Car was serviced for oil change. I received a video from the service deportment and it says everything is OK, then I received a text from the representative of Rally that he recommends to do the tires rotation for $280 very confusing two different statements.
