This dealership is making money for their owners, they told me some work that my vehicle needs ,,, but so far no problem . I will keep track and will confront them about it , $4500 worth of work. Even they use technical language that they are recommending or suggesting , these words are actually in the air but $4500 is real money. They put a doubt in customer’s mind , who worry and thoughts about breaking down with family , push them to do this unnecessary work.
When I picked up my vehicle, it took a while but overall I am satisfied.

I paid for a diagnostic test that was totally incorrect. The day I picked my car up from the dealership, I didn't make it home. It overheated. I was told I had a belt and tensioner issue that was causing the whining noise under my hood. I was denied a tow truck back to the dealership and left stranded. I was told it wasn't their fault even though the car was misdiagnosed! $399 down the drain! I brought my nearly new 2026 BMW M2 to Rallye BMW after the rear lower diffuser became detached during normal driving. Shortly before I noticed the problem, I had driven through a puddle on the highway. I did not strike a curb, road debris, a pothole, or anything else. Once the diffuser came loose, part of it contacted the ground and was damaged.
Rallye’s technician confirmed that the diffuser was damaged and that tabs on the supporting trim piece were broken. Nevertheless, Rallye denied warranty coverage, classifying the problem as “outside influence.”

This a well run dealership with knowledgeable staff. Angelo my salesperson is a straight shooter and there were no surprises.
Experience giving the car was good and so was receiving it. The servicing team did a bad job in servicing the car. Some of issues were not fixed and the car now feels and sounds worse than when I gave it in for servicing.
