I had an excellent experience working with Nick Soldo at Rallye BMW and would highly recommend him. Nick was direct, straightforward, honest, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our experience was super from start to finish. Our salesman, Eric Flack was awesome. He methodically went over all of the car specs with us which ensured that we built and purchased the car we wanted. His knowledge was impressive, and his demeanor was both professional and caring. And Bobby made the final steps of the process easy and understandable.

As I've previously suggested: any appointments made for non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be separated from specialized work needing a technician. Customers should be out no more than 30 minutes after appointment start time for those services.

Very courteous and professional! Gave me all the information I needed and more to choose the right vehicle and financing my family needed. I came in from Brooklyn because they had the inventory to see and select from. I'd recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. I had follow up questions about the technology and was able to get a rep over the last couple weeks to speak with as we learn the latest too! Rallye is a great choice!
Asked for the car to be road tested for tire road noise and it wasn't. Asked for the tire to be balanced and it wasn't. Had to bring the car back to get it done. Left tire still makes road noise.

No proper due diligence done to diagnose or follow up on the issue the car was brought in for. The 'oh they checked and didn't' find anything wrong' demonstrates lacking interest in having a satisfied customer.

No great Rallye experience this time! I was losing air in one tire, and I have wheel and tire insurance. I waited 3 hours for my car. When I asked if I could get it sooner as I had to be in New Jersey for my grandkids, I got "do the math, we have a lot of cars" When I received my car back, the tire light had not been reset. Eric was very helpful, we needed to verify my military service and he took the time to go through several steps, and we found my identifier to verify my service. Always a gentleman on the phone and pleasant to deal with in general.
I love the Rallye experience. Always feel like I’m receiving the VIP treatment. Tracey was exceptional. Provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Made certain I was in good hands!
I explained my issues to two managers and I posted on google what occurred.. no one wanted to accept that they made a mistake nor apologize for it either ..basically I was being forced to change an already brand new strut for 5,000 when a strut wasn't needed .. I was directed to take the repair elsewhere and all that was needed was a new wire harness that costs $60.00. That's not good business nor is it good customer service to try to rip people off.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Rallye BMW’s handling of my March 30–31, 2026 service visit. Rallye BMW reached an outside-influence / non-warranty conclusion without providing a complete and reviewable diagnostic explanation. There was also a significant unexplained discrepancy between the BMW/MyKaarma pricing sent to my phone and the final invoice. After I raised post-service inquiries, I received no communication at all from Rallye BMW regarding those inquiries — no written response, no acknowledgment of receipt, and no phone call. Rallye BMW later represented to BMW North America that communication had been established with me, which is inconsistent with my actual communication record.
